Rented a self drive manual petrol baleno for 6 days. From pick up till drop it was a superb experience. Sunil waited for us at the airport though the flight was delayed. Rented a Baleno (petrol manual) from EasyCabs for 5 days, and everything went super smooth. Booking was done easily over WhatsApp and a quick call. Mr. Sunil was very professional, responsive, and even warned me about fuel station scams in advance — really appreciated that! Pickup was early (5:30 AM) and drop late (10 PM), both handled perfectly. The car was clean, drove well, and any small scratches were properly noted before I took it. Got my ₹3000 deposit fully refunded without any hassle. Drove around 280 km with good mileage after fueling ₹2500. Overall, great experience, fair pricing, and super smooth service. I booked a Baleno for my Goa trip with Easycab after researching a lot. We had two infants with us. They provided the car at a very reasonable price. The guy (Sunil) is very genuine and pretty easy to talk to. The car was in good condition. I did not face any problems during my 7 day vacation. They refunded the security deposit without any hassle. Super smooth experience. Highly recommended.
